What this tool does
Turns each line of text into one label in a printable grid. One line becomes one label cell, and you adjust the column count to match your sheet.
How to use it
- Type one label per line.
- Set the column count to match the label layout on your sheet.
- Check margins and scale in the browser print preview.
- Output with Print / Save PDF.
Worked example
Three lines produce three labels. With two columns, the first row holds two and the second row holds one.
Frequently asked questions
- Does it match commercial label sheets exactly?
- Not guaranteed. Margins and cell sizes differ by manufacturer, so print one test page on plain paper and check alignment first.
- Should I change the print scale?
- Start at 100% scale with default margins in the browser print dialog — that reduces drift.
What this tool does not cover
Barcodes, QR codes, images, and per-cell formatting are not supported. This is for text labels only.
