What this tool does

Enter a description, quantity, and unit price per line. The tool totals each line, then shows subtotal, tax, and the amount due in a printable invoice layout. You supply the tax rate; the tool does not decide which jurisdiction applies.

How to use it

  1. Fill in issuer, recipient, invoice number, issue date, and currency.
  2. Use the add-item button to add lines, then enter quantity and unit price.
  3. Type the tax rate yourself. Use 0 for an exempt transaction.
  4. Export with Print / Save PDF, or keep your entries with Download data.

Worked example

Two units at 15,000 give a line total of 30,000. Entering a 10% rate shows 3,000 in tax and 33,000 due.

Frequently asked questions

Is the invoice stored on a server?
No. Your entries stay in the current tab and are not transmitted. Use Download data or Save PDF if you need a copy.
Can I file this as a legal tax invoice?
No. This tool only computes amounts and lays them out for printing. Statutory invoices have their own required fields and formats — check your local rules.

What this tool does not cover

Discounts, deposits, multiple tax rates, withholding, and currency conversion are not handled automatically. Add them as explicit line items if you need them.
