Converts a selected segment locally with FFmpeg WebAssembly. The first run downloads about31 MB of engine assets from jsDelivr; files are not uploaded. Input limit40 MB,segment120seconds,processing120seconds. Video is capped at720px width/24fps; large files and some codecs are unsupported. MP3/WAV require an audio track.
