Base32 does not keep text secret
Base32 is an encoding that represents bytes with a defined alphabet. It has no secret key or decryption password, so anyone can recover the original using the same rules.
This tool converts text to UTF-8 bytes and then uses RFC 4648 Base32. The text foo becomes MZXW6===. Trailing equals signs are padding, not part of the original text.
If another service produces a different result, compare its alphabet, casing, padding and character encoding. Base32 and Base32hex use different alphabets. Encoding alone does not protect passwords or private information.
